We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, however at busier times dispatch could take up 2 business days from the order being placed (items made-to-order may take up to 3 business days to dispatch). If for any unavoidable reason there is a delay in dispatch, you will be informed upon placement of your order.
Returns within Turkey
Many of The Doktor Et’s products are all handmade, therefore slight irregularities may occur which add to the character of each piece.
If there are any issues with your order, you can return the product you have bought without opening/ destroying / destroying the packaging, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] stating your name, order number and a description of the issue. In this email, you are expected to briefly explain why you want to return the product. Doktor Et will inform you where and how to return the product after receiving this email. After we send this information to you, you can place the product you want to return in its original packaging and send it with any cargo, or we can deliver it to the address specified by hand. If you deliver by cargo, you must inform us through which courier company you have delivered via [email protected]
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund if there is a genuine fault with the item.
The product cannot be returned if it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tear, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Initial return shipping costs are covered by the customer, which will be refunded if the return is due to an accepted complaint. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers forward a copy of the shipping receipt.
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you receive. If there is any damage to the product, do not take the product by keeping a report on the cargo company. Do not forget that after the delivery of the product, you assume that you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty.
The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend using an insured courier. Once we have received and inspected the returned item and acknowledged any default, an identical replacement will be sent out or the refund amount will be transferred to the same card details initially used to place the order. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days. If an exchange is preferred and the same item is no longer in stock, a similar product will be offered.
We cannot refund sale items, personalized items or gift vouchers.
